ConfiSense Support

ConfiSense is built and supported by Arkron App Studio, the app team of Arkron Pty Ltd, in Melbourne, Australia. This page explains how to get help.

Email is the only support channel for now. Every request is read by the team that builds ConfiSense.

Support hours and response time

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT).
  • First response: we aim to reply within 2 business days.
  • Closed: weekends and Victorian public holidays. Requests sent then are answered on the next business day.

These are targets, not guarantees. We tell you if a problem needs more time, and we keep you updated until it is closed.

What to include in your request

A request with these details gets a faster answer:

  • your Jira site address, for example yourcompany.atlassian.net;
  • what you were doing, and what happened instead;
  • the time it happened, with your time zone;
  • a screenshot of the page or the error message;
  • the support report from ConfiSense. A Jira administrator can download it from App Settings. It holds run states, error codes, counts and your site address. It holds no names, email addresses or account IDs.

Please do not send passwords or API tokens. We never ask for them.

What support covers

  • installing ConfiSense and getting started;
  • questions about how a ConfiSense feature works;
  • problems, errors and unexpected results in ConfiSense;
  • questions about how ConfiSense handles your data.

What support does not cover

  • problems with Jira or Confluence themselves. Atlassian Support handles those;
  • billing, licences and refunds. Atlassian handles Marketplace billing;
  • changes to your Jira configuration made on your behalf, and consulting work.

Security issues

If you think you have found a security problem in ConfiSense, email vish@arkron.com.au with "Security" in the subject line. Please do not post the details publicly. We reply to security reports before other requests.
